As Per The MRI, How Is The Prognosis Of Plantar Fascitis After Undergoing Surgery?

Hello, I had a L4-L5, L5-S1 decompression fusion on 06/13/2013. I went back to work on 09/2013 and was getting a lot of pain on my right side on my lower back down to my right foot and I developed some kind of plantar fasciitis on my right foot. Also, half of the right toe is numb. I just got my MRI With and without contrast and the impression is the following: Partial desiccation of the L$-L5 intervertebral disc and small posterior and left paracentral bulging disc L4-L5, indenting the thecal sac and neural foramen, with left foraminal stenosis; degenerative dic desease with narrowing of the intervertebral space and mild bulging disc at L5-S1, slightly indenting the thecal sac. The question is: Is the condition has worsen since surgery? Do I need have another surgery? or if there is another type of treatment? Thank you, Doctor.
