Can Effexor Tablet Cause Lethargy?

I've been on effexor for a few months now and feel totally apathetic to doing my work, which is something that usually stimulates me, I've been steadily getting lazier to the point where it is now a massive problem as I'm not getting anything done. Could it be linked with my meds or is it just me?
