Can Epistane Or Post Cycle Therapy Cause Allergic Reactions?

Hello, About a 2 years ago I took a product called Epistane, which is a male testosterone, anabolic enhancer. I had taken it for around 4.5 weeks. I followed this with a post cycle therapy supplement. About 2 or 3 weeks after I was off the epistane, while on the pct, I had a bad skin reaction. On a time basis is it more likely that the reaction was due to the Epistane or the PCT. I was on the epistane for over a month before I had a reaction.
