Can HIV Infection Spread Through Unprotected Sex?

my name is kevin and I am still very young ant the reasonwhy im here is that I was suspecting myself that I was infected with HIV because I played sex with a girl a few months ago accidentally and I heard that the girl died because of HIv a few days ago so,will I too be infected?I played sex just only once without condom.so can you help me please......

As you stated that girl was an HIV infected and unfortunately died due to HIV infection .
You had sexual relation (once ) with that girl without condom or protection , call as unprotected sex.
Risk of HIV infection transmission depend on many factors :
The risk increases with sex from advanced-stage disease ( as may be in your case because you stated that girl died due to HIV infection means she was in advanced stage ),probably due to higher titers of HIV , presence of more virulent strains of virus.
Also depend of viral load , if antiretroviral treatment taken or not.
Since every factors which are responsible for transmission for HIV infection were at risk in that girl and so also getting HIV infection by you more and more.
Anyhow, now get in rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( p24 pcr rna ).
This test can be taken after 2 weeks of initial contract .
