Can I Safely Smoke During The Day If I Take Hydroxyzine At Night For Anxiety?

Hello i used to be a smoker till i was on hydroxine for my anxiety i love to smoke once a while to relax i take my medication only at night and i know the effects where off and a 4 hours and stays in my system for 70 even tho i take it at night can i smoke during the day
