Ok, I have my three main arteries blocked and my three saphas vains are also 100% blocked, but I have good natural collaterals by passing the blockage. Can I take a stress test as my collaterals might not be able to take the added stress. I'm 82 years old

Hi,

It is better for avoiding TMT in triple vessel disease patients as these patients are more prone to develop cardiac failure and prone to develop sudden cardiac arrest.

Triple vessel disease an indication to undergo cardiac bypass surgery. Please consult your cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
