Hello and I hope o can help you today.

There is no evidence that any product you use in your eyes is harmful during pregnancy. In addition, Acetominophen or Paracetamol can also be taken for pain or fever at the regular adult dosage safely during pregnancy. Also medications to treat seasonal allergies are safe also.

I hope that I have adequately answered your question today and that my advice was helpful.

Best wishes, Dr. Brown
