Can PCOS Cause Severe Headache, Facial Redness With Painful Back And Abdomen?

I am a 30 year old female with known pcos. I have been having severe headaches, flush feeling with facial redness for almost 3 weeks. I am now experiencing lower back pain and sharps stabbing pains behind my belly button when walk stand or move in General. Can you give me any direction?

if you are taking any medications for pcos thn it can be the side effect of those drugs as these symptoms are generaly common if you are not taking any medications and you were my patient i wil hv advised you to get a fresh gyneacological chk up done
