Can Premarin And Menest Be Taken Together?

Was taking Premarin (18 years) after hysterectomy. A new doctor I started going to was shocked that I had been on it for so long and prescribed Menest. Are there fewer or less serious risks with Menest than Premarin? What exactly are the risks with each one of them?

obesity, pimple, not good mood, excessive bleeding. So if you take it for a long time it could be serious if it not have good control
