Can A Painful Sore Throat With Swelling, Dryness And Dysphagia Be Treated?

i have a really painful sore throat. it feels very swollen, and dry. it hurts to swallow, and i can barely talk. i have been drinking tea with honey all day, because drinkning straight water kills. i have also tried the old warm saltwater trick, that is also painful. do you have any quick fixes?
