Can A Swollen And Bruised Knuckle After Punching Indicate Dislocation?

I punched a wall about a month ago with my right hand. the next day i woke up and my middle knuckle was very swollen and bruised. Its been a month and my right knuckle looks bruised and is much higher than my left knuckle.. but can move it fine... could it be dislocated?
