Can Bruises On Thigh Be Related With Back And Neck Pain?

Hi, Two weeks ago I suddenly got a huge bruise on my inner thigh. I can't explain it, as I don't remember hurting myself, and anyway it's very unlikely that I bump myself there. But it was not sore, so I left it as that, even though it was huge and ugly (purple, black and yellow!). The bruise has gone, but I now experience sharp pain my lower back as well as some stiffness in my neck. Could it be related? By the way I'm a 28 years old female. thanks for your help
