Can Exceeding The Given Dosage Of Escitalopram Result In Rapid Heart Rate?

Hi. I ordinarily take 10 mg of Escitalopram a day. This morning I accidentally doubled that dosage. Is there any chance that might cause me to have an adverse reaction? I'm Type 2 diabetic, but healthy in most other respects, including my heart. Age 63, 6 feet 2 inches, 195 pounds. Thank you.
(I'm asking because my heartbeat seems accelerated, with a slight feeling of pressure in the chest. But that might be just worry about taking that high dose)
