Can I Follow Gluten Free Diet To Help Cure Hashimotos Disease?

I have hashimotos disease. My symptoms have increased lately (my meds were just checked)....numbness and tingling in some if my toes and fingers on my right side. I've been reading about gluten free diets to help symptoms. Is there research to support that?

In case of hashimotos ,Gluten sensitivity is common, you have to take gluten free diet .All foods containing gluten creates bloating, constipation or diarrhea.Many pateints suffer from this problem and their symptoms eases once they stop gluten products

Foods to be avoided are are all wheat containing products like chapathi, breads, pasta, cookies, muffins, crackers, rye, barley,beer.

Foods which can be eaten are rice, corn,beans, milk and dairy products, poultry and fish, vegetables and fruits.
