Can Irregular Heavy Periods And Low Blood Pressure Be Symptom Of Thyroid?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. I am 1.78m tall and weigh about 77kg. I have very irregular, heavy periods (only 3 or 4 per year), I feel tired a lot and have low blood pressure (90/50mmHg). I gained quite a bit of weight the past few years, despite living an active healthy lifestyle. I have a family history with thyroid problems. I do not use any chronic medication and am not sexually active. I am used to being a very energetic person, but lately I struggle to motivate myself, which is highly uncharacteristic. Could something explain my symptoms?
