Can Knee Pains, Crepitus With Lack Of Movement Despite Surgery Be Treated?

I had knee surgery a little over a year ago. 2 months ago I injured that knee. I've been in so much pain the last 2 months! My orthodpedic dr said I have arthritis in all 3 major parts of my knee, a bakers cyst and lots of scarring. He gave me a steroid shot and said that "we hope it works". Told me to take 2. 5/325mg hydrocodone a day along with ibuprofren. There has been a lot more popping in my knee, sharp pains when I drive an walk up & down my stairs. I just know that there has to be something wrong in there! Its has gotten so much worse since the fall 2 months ago. I cannot take it anymore. I wake up 2 to 3 times a night in pain. I'm married with a 7yr old little boy, and we are used to being outside and since this happened our active outside "playing" has been almost non existant. Please, what can I do to help get through to my doctor that what he is doin, JUST ISN'T ENOUGH! I hurt so bad and just want to get back to my normal life.
