Can Ovarian Cyst Surgery Cause Tb?

hi my operation has done of overian ccycst before 2months after th operation on a third day ihave a fever between 99to 100 i havdone tb test ct scan but all reports normal my esr is 35 so iwant to ask u i have tb of bone please give me answer as possible thanks
