Can ovulation pain be felt five days after ovulation? The pain i feel coincides with my chart for when ovulation should occur, as well as every month I get breast tenderness, bloating and fatigue, from cramping til the start of my next period.

So I am fairly certain of when I ovulate, unless I am actually ovulating five days before.

The reason I ask, is because a recent ultrasound, at what was supposed to be 8w5d, showed me at 9w3d.. and my OB said that would have put ovulation up five days.

Is that possible?

I did get a positive HPT at what I believe to be 8 days past ovulation, which is not uncommon for my family. So could early implantation be the factor in my baby showing five days ahead?

Would someone who implanted later appear farther behind me?
