Can Pinched Nerve, Arthritic Bone Or An Inflamed Muscle Lead To Pain In Elbow?

Hello, I am experiencing pain in the elbow (the humerus), at the ball-like bone at the joint , when I clench my fist, or press the bone. The pain is more in the mornings when showering. It's been there for a month now. I'm not sure if the cause is a pinched nerve, or arthritic bone, or an inflamed muscle.
