Can Ring Worms Cause Blisters, Itching And Burning Sensation On Skin?

I've had blistering,itchy,burning skin latley this year. And then After I turned 10, and After a field trip at wild adventures,I had a big fungus on my arm!!! and then tonight it's in big blistering and it just got rid of the pain, and turned into something itchy. NO doctor knows what it is, they all thought it was a ring worm but the Dyermatonigist doesn't think so. She thinks it is shingles, but it isn't clear to be found of what it REALLY is. I'd like to hear from a doctor across the pond, telling me what the heck is this thing?
