Can Shaky Fingers On Toe Be Symptoms Of Parkinson's Disease?

hi. i'm Female(Filipino), 22,5'3", 113 lbs, medical history: asthma, both my father and mother's side have a history in diabetes, stroke and asthma. my right middle toes has been shaking/trembling since yesterday.today I've been observing it and it trembles often than yesterday, also my right second/longer toe trembles too. awhile ago, my right ring finger also trembles. what does the trembling means? i'm worried that it may be a sign of Parkinson's? Thank You
