Can Taking Tegretol Help Cure Seizures?

My fiancee, has is eyes twitch especially when he looks left,now is effecting him when he looks right, he had very bad head injurys from a bad automobile accident. What further is his speach,numbness of the face,his legs are always giving out on him.Back to the eyes, he see double at times, blurred vission,he certainly cant judge his distance from cars,buses, he almost got hit, I constantly guide him, he finally had a M.R.I.,but the doctors taking there good old time diagnosis his promblem. He always is experiencing sezures,taking tegretol.
