Can The New Pack Of Contraceptive Pills Be Started After 12 Days Of Menstruation?

Hi, I had my last period on April 30, which was a Friday. I ended my old Pill Pack on Friday as well. I switched packs and now got a new prescription which I just picked up today. I have had a pregnancy test and I'm not pregnant and I have not been sexually active since my last pack ended. It is Wed May 12th now, and I would like to start taking Ocella, my new pill pack. Can I start that today? It's been 12 days since my period ended.
