Cause For Pimples On The Penis After Sex?

hi, ive noticed that after i have sex with my girlfriend, i get pimples on the top of my penis and she and i are exclusive and both clean, shes pregnant with my child, but im scared to have intercourse with her now because i dont know what they are. they always appear after sex, i shower but i notice them for maybe 1-2 days and then they disappear.. causes??
