Hi,
The increase in the level of TSH shows that you are going to sub-clinical hypothyroid state, though the values are within the normal range. You have a BMI of 29 at present (the normal range is 19-25). You should assess the cause of your obesity. There are other reasons like menopause, lack of exercise and so on. You may get tested for ATA (Anti-thyroid antibodies) before embarking on any treatment. If all other causes are ruled out, sub-clinical hypothyroidism is best treated with low doses of thyroxine for a life time even if the values return to normal. Try to maintain a healthy body weight, eat healthy and avoid stress. Good luck.
