Could Mirena Insertion After Childbirth Cause Left Abdominal Pain?

I had a baby almost 9 months ago. I had the Mirena put in when I was 8 weeks post pregnancy, which I had 4 years before I had it taken out to get pregnant. I have noticed sutle left lower abominal pain for I guess the entire time, but thought it was just my body getting back to normal. Now after all this time, I am still having the pain and though it's not severe, it is starting to bother me a little more and I notice it a lot more. I workout a lot and run a lot, so again thought it was from that, but after so many months post pregnancy, could this have to do with the Mirana or something else? I do have an 11 year old son as well and did not have this issue. Thank you!
