Could Blurred Vision After Smoking Marijuana Be Due To Mini Stroke?

Hi, this was a while ago, 2 years back, I was smoking marijuana with a couple of bodies, about an hour after, My vision went blurry and I passed out for 40 seconds and puked after words. Could that have been a mini stroke? and if so its been 2 years now, does it really matter?
