Could Brown Vaginal Spotting Be Related To Cervical Polyp Removal?

I am 60 yrs old and post menopausal. Intermittently in the past year, I've noticed some brown color when I wiped after urinating and I'm not sure, sometimes just a very light brown spotting in my underwear. This was just maybe 2 times in the past year. When I went in for my annual pelvic, II told this to my gynocolyigist. She did an ultra sound of my cerivc/uterus and found everything to be normal. She did remove a polyp from my cervix 4 days ago. I didn't notice any bleeding after that. Today, I had a bowel movement, wiped, and urinated and wiped. The toilet paper had a very dark brown spot and then later, some light brown spotting was on my underwear. That was hours ago. I've urinated many times since then, and nothing. I have never seen red in my urine. Could the brown on the toilet paper after wiping after urinating be related to my cerivical polyp removal at all? Or is it blood in the urine?
