Could Cold And Pressure Around Ears/nose Cause Auras In Vision?

I have had a cold for a week now and I have pressure in both of my ears and around my nose. I have also been experiencing what I am told are auras in my vision for the first time with three of them this week. Could the cold and pressure cause the auras? I have also had a cough for a solid month and just finished a five day course of Azithromycin (which does not seem to be doing anything)

cold with nose and ear problem is normal. can take steam inhalation. nasi bion nasal drop can be used. sudafed tablet can be taken so that Eustachian tube block can be cleared. volsalum can help. ezythromycin can be stooped. can take benadryl cough syrup.
