Could Delayed Periods With Abdomen Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi! I have missed my period by almost two weeks, a few days before my period was due I has light pink/brown spotting when I wiped, then it stops and now twice since then I have had a tiny bit of brown discharge , I have taken three test and they have said negative, however they did with my first child until I was 7 week... Also I am having lower cramps in my front and a little bit in my lower back. Do u think I am pregnant?
