Could Hair Loss Be Due To Hydrocodone?

i was in a car accident were we we're driving fast and drove into a ditch, stupid yes i know, my arm broke, not fractured broke, i was in surgery for eight hours, they had me laying on my side for eight hours on a hard top to open up my arm and fix the bones blah blah blah. well my head is still sore from being on my side. and on the sore spot on my head it is not completely bald but if i were to pull the hairs inside it they would come out. Just in that spot not any were else. i am also prescribed to hydrocodone, could this be why? will i be bald there forever? or is it just a matter of time when my sore spot goes down the hair will come back? HELP
