Could Pain Inside Hip And Abdomen Be Related To Hiatal Hernia?

I have pain in the inside of my left hip about 6 mths or more I got a CT acan 2 weeks ago and around my hip and my abdomen, the result came back that I have hiatal hernia, could that be right, my Dr is pointing to my chest and the pain is in my hip, I cannot sit too long cause it hurts a lot, please help...thanks.
