Could Spine Pain Be Due To Viral Meningitis?

I was diagnosed on saturday with the fIu. Having a temperature of almost 103,body aches and a horrible headache. They gave me tamiflu to help ease the symptoms. Now, monday the fever and body aches are gone. I have a sore throat, stuffy nose, upset stomach and spine pain (in the middle are). Most people at work have the flu, but one person got diagnosed with viral menigitis. Is this something I should be worried about with the spine pain. It hurt when I move my back or press on that part of my spine.
