Could The Missed Periods Be Due To High Prolactin And Low Progesterone Levels?

hi i have not seen my period since nov 2010 after series of test in May results showed my prolactin was very high, progesterone very low, tiny fibroids and hsg tests showed left tube blockage and right tube dialated..urinal test also showed some infections..I have been given parlodel which i reacted badly to (throwing up and weakness) so i was advised to reduce is to a tab a day. i have also had a laparoscopy for tubal recanalization and the fibroids...I really dont know what to expect yet considerin the fact i have not even seen my perion after a pack of parlodel or am i being too anxious?
