Could The Panic Attack Be The Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I am pondering the though of pregnancy, it would be too early to test, pms symptom for days now, today had hypoglycemic reation, followed by panic attack, still not feeling well. Just wondering if i should make an appointment or just wait until i can test, or what i should do? I am fairly healthy, 25 years old, 1-7 lbs.
