Could The White Layer On Tongue With Numbness Be A Symptom Of Pregnancy?

my husband and i have been trying for a baby for a while now.
i wanted to know if a white film on my tongue, and slight numbness of my tongue is a symptom. i have been getting other symptoms as well, breast tenderness, fatigue and a severe reaction to smells that nobody else can smell. is there the possibility that i could be pregnant? i was just wondering before i go to the doctor for a test. thanks
