Could Weakness In Muscle Cause Vibration In Body?

Hi,I am 24yo male. For a few years I've noticed that my muscles are bit shaky, especially at the moments I am using them to do something more difficult after being still.Like getting out of a car on one leg in awkward position etc.my knee starts to shake etc. Also when I carry something heavy in my hand for some time, after it my nerves are like damaged and my fingers are shaking. I am quite tall(almost 2m). Tho im not weak ,I am going to the gym also, and when Im working out also until I do some excercise few times my muscles are shaking. Got a stressed job,my palms are always sweaty ,I heard that is mby thyroid...or is it some stabilizators muscles disease? and my muscles shaked more while I used to smoke
