Delayed Periods, Mood Swings, Nausea, Feeling Something In Abdomen. Negative Pregnancy Test. Pregnant?

this is my 69th day in my cycle and still no period, could i be pregnant? i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it was negative, i have been having mood swings, the smell of certain things make me nauseous, sometimes i feel like a ball bouncing in my lower stomach , but i dont know if its my head playing games on me! what should i do?

Hi,
Firstly, suspect pregnancy if you are having a normal sexual life and if your cycles are regular. HPT is not so sensitive as low levels of hCG cannot be read as sometimes happens in early pregnancy. You need to get your serum beta-hCG levels assessed. I suggest you to see a gynaecologist for a proper examination and treatment that needs to include a sonogram also. Take care.
