hi i had major abdominal surgery 5 weeks ago, my period is now 2 weeks late iv been experiencing nausea, lower back pain , motion sickness , break outs of acne , and past few days clear thick oderless discharge i took a pregnancy test a few days ago incase and it came back negative. i dont understand whats happening ? could this pregnancy? im confused
