Diagnosed With Abdominal Hernia. Having A Lot Of Pain, Dizziness, Movement In The Abdomen. History Of Hysterectomy. Suggestions?

Hi- I was diagnosed with a direct abdominal hernia yesterday. I have a surgical consult wednesday. Today at work I was in a lot of pain. I left work early. The pain has lessened, but now I am very swollen in my abdomen , I m tired, dizzy, and it feels like a baby kicking. I have had a full hysterectomy . what is causing this feeling?
