Do I Need To Remove The Uterus With Fibroid?
Dear Doctor, I'm 41 years old went for normal checkup, went through Ultrasound of Pelvis as advised by my doctor. The reports reads like this = Uterus- Anteverted, bulky and enlarged,measures 88x64x68mm. Hypo echoic lesion of size 39x31mm seen in the anterior wall of the uterus s/0? Fibroid Uterus.
Ovaries - Both ovaries visualized. they are normal in size and echo-texture. Rt. ovary measures 23x20mm lt ovary measures 26x20mm, cul-de sac/adnexae appear free.
Adv- investigate further
Please advice do I need to undergo surgery and removal of Uterus if a must ?
