Hi I am 32 yrs with two childen, my children pick up lot of infection most of them are seasonal virus infections. i wonder how to protect these infections. do the surgical masks protect children from seasonal viral infections?

surgical mask do not protect the child form seasonal viral infection. good nutritional diet and fruit juice rich in vitamin c will offer some protection even in winter also
