Does Human Papilloma Virus Affect Menstruation Cycle?

Hi I'm 22 I was told I had HPV in jan, my last cycle was pretty abnormal, my cycle usually last 5 day heavy the first 2 a little light the 3 and 4th days and I would usually discharge on the 5th day and go off, but this time by my 3rd day I was off and my cycle was not heavy at all, could the hpv cause this change n my cycle?
