Does A Chronic Inflammatory Disease With Petechiae And Rashes Need Medical Attention?

I have been diagnosed wtih a chronic inflammatory disease (possibly Fibro, not convinced)/ Horrible pain began yesterday followed by a petechiae (along vascular lines on forearms), and purpura rash on breasts and discoloration (seemingly random bruises and brown coloring). This is accompanied by extreme fatigue, headaches, and excruciating joint/bone/muscular pain. Skin is red and hurts to touch. Should i seek care now?
