Does Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Having Sex During Period Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, i had sex with my boyfriend on the 8th of january this year. I was on the
3nd last day of my period that day. I continued to have my period 2 days after
having sex, it was dark brown red ish. We used a condom and checked after to
make sure that there were no rips in the condom. Yesterday i saw some light
brown spots on my underwear. Today there were no spotting but i have urinated
quite a couple of times. I also have not had much sleep last night. Could i be
pregnant? Please help, i am really scared. Also, my period is due a week after
i
got spotting which is exactly on the 3rd of february. thank you
