Does Delayed Period And Faint Line In Pregnancy Test Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi im 15, and think I could be pregnant. I havent had a period since 25th November. I received either a positive pregnancy test but it was faint so im not sure if it was evaporation lines. I have had symptoms such as cravings and changes in my apetite, nausea, pain in my lower back, unusual feeling in my abdomen, weight gain and feeling bloated. Thanks
