Does Having A Colorless Sac In Upper Internal Endometrium And Missing Periods Means I'm Pregnant?

hi, i had my periods on 27th last month as regular. When i went for follicular test after 13 days there is a colourless sac found in upper anternal portion in endometrium. Can you tell me what does it mean while i had regular period and there is a sac found, my doctor said its 4 weeks and 2 days and may be i am pregnant is that possible??

Hello and welcome,

Sometimes there may be bleeding during pregnancy especially when the sac is located in the upper part and the lower part is free. The lining in this part may be shed and is called implantation bleed. This is confused with menstrual bleed as it occurs during the same time as periods.

Please get a blood HCG test done. If it is positive then pregnancy will be confirmed.
