Hello and welcome,

I understand your concern.
However in our experience the regularity of the cycle is more important than the amount of flow. But too scanty flow also indicates a thin uterine lining.

Fertility and conception cannot be commented upon unless they are actually tested. Meaning that only after attempting pregnancy can we commnet upon this issue in most cases.

The ovary report indicates a polycystic ovary which is a common issue nowadays and may be causing the scanty periods. An ovulation study will be a better parameter. If ovulation is normal then use of drugs like progesterone can be used to thicken the uterine lining and make it conducive for the baby to impact there.

So in my opinion this should not cause issues. Just get an ovulation study done and a PCOD hormone test done ( hormones are tested on day 2 of preiods). If these are normal, do not worry.

Regular exercise and weight loss are very helpful in controlling polycystic ovaries so try them and see if there is an improvement.

Hope this satisfies your query.
