Does Medication For Paralysis Cause Persistent Lethargy?

Hello,

I want to ask a question on behalf on my mother,aged 62,75 kg,5.3'.She had disgnosed for mild paralytic attack 2 mnths ago...She is Diabetic + Hypertension patient from last 5-6 years..Now she is on Medications like Ecosprin 75 mg, TELMISAT 40 , glyciphage SR850 and TriGPM 2 from last two mnths.. She feels sleepy all the time..and feels not active....Are these Side-effects of medicines she is taking currently or something else?
