Does Menopuase Cause High Bp?

Hi, I have a severe headache this might be due to migraine, acidity or BP (high). The high BP has detected just two weeks back, but my period cycle has also changed from 3 months. I may be in Monopause situation. but want to know that is there is any relation of High BP and Monopause.
